Core aim, objective and purpose of the Journal is interdisciplinary in approach bringing together scientists and researchers in the field of ecofreindly crop protection encompassing pests, diseases, weeds, rodents and molluscan pests management thus paving way for exchange of information and interaction between industry, researchers, academia, students, extension workers and the farmers. To serve as a common platform to brought out recent trends and futuristic approaches in the field of crop protection and facilitate interaction among scientists, extension workers, academicians, researchers and farmers. Preference will be given to manuscripts that develop new concepts or experimental approaches and are not merely repositories of data. Methodological papers shall be considered for publication provided they describe new principles or a significant improvement of an existing method. Journal of BIOPESTICIDES will publish original research papers on the management of insect, mite, nematode pests, weeds and disease of crops with biopesticides based on natural sources like plants, microbes, fungi, predators and parasitoids and allied materials like bio-herbicides and entomopathogenic nematodes for agricultural, biochemical, molecular and biotechnological nature related to biological pesticides. All material sent in accordance to the instructions will be revised by at least two "ad hoc" referees selected by the Editorial Board. The comments made by the referees will be sent, without identification, to the author(s). The final acceptance of the article will depend on the decision of the Editorial Board.
